Magicclub Mol was founded in 1997. In the begining there was a big club in Balen: 'De Boereschuur', named after the café where the events took place. When this seized to exist, some members joined hands. They found a new suited location in JH Tydeeh in Mol. This limited itself to occasional games and drafts on sunday, at least for the first few years. In the autumn of 2002 an attempt was made to breathe new life into the tournament spirit in Mol. Our first DCI sanctioned tournament on 8 november 2002 attrackted no less than 17 magic players. The summum of our club are the big Vintage tournament (between 40 and 60 contestants) and Legacy tournaments (between 30 and 35 contastents). Now we have e new edition of our MCM's Power 9 Tournament every 4 months. On these tournaments we give a Power 9 card away. We've allready issued: Unlimited Mox Pearl, Mox Ruby, Mox Jet en Beta Timetwister en Mox Emerald. Besides the big tournaments we have a Friday Night Magic Boosterdraft and a fun event every last sunday of the month. More info can be found at our calender. Now we organize a tournament on regular bases, but you can play a casual game with us every sunday between 14 and 20 o'clock. Since 2004 we also have numerous bord games (like Kolonisten van Catan, Ticket to Ride, GOA, Maharadja, Carcassonne, Risk, ...) which can be played for free. We hope to see you one day in JH Tydeeh.
